ICHEIC
The International Commission on Holocaust Era Insurance Claims (ICHEIC) was formed to identify, settle and pay Holocaust-era insurance claims at no cost to claimants. Its work, now completed, led to the resolution of more than 90,000 claims and awards of $306 million to more than 48,000 Holocaust survivors, their heirs and the families of those who did not survive. ICHEIC also committed more than $169 million to humanitarian programs for Holocaust survivors worldwide.
