Employee Wellness Magazine

Loudoun County Public Schools is the third largest school district in Virginia, with 78,000 students and 11,000 employees. They turned to us to help their employee population — especially teachers — live healthier lives and make informed benefit choices. As part of that effort, we partnered with them to create a monthly magazine called Wellness Works! The magazine is a combination of original and sourced content, some of which we provide, with a monthly featured topic. We have produced 36 issues to date.

The magazine features real-life topics, such as financial well-being, healthy eating, and caring for aging parents, with resources and programs that address these important life issues. Due, in part, to a successful communications campaign — of which this publication is the keystone – LCPS has reduced its employees’ health care premiums for two years in a row.
