Showing slices of modern Jewish life in Rockland County, NY, the RocklAND Jewish Facebook project, conceived and executed by Beth Singer Design, reconciled perception and reality in what is a huge divide among county residents, and helped combat anti-semitism. The project, reported in The Jewish Standard, uncloaks the Jewish community in the most genuine and touching stories from its residents. People dish about their families, daily life, the excellent hiking, their community, and about Nyack being a really funky cool place. They tell lively stories of life in the place they call home.
